FAQ's and terms

What   is   our   standard   turnaround   time?

Turnaround times may vary based on several factors, including quantities and detail amount. Our typical orders are ready for pickup or delivery between 10-15 days from order payment, although we do have rush options available.

Is  a  deposit  required  up front?

An upfront deposit is required for all customers who are not in the Diamond or Platinum Tiers. Those who qualify can place orders with a 50% deposit upfront.

Do  orders  require  a  minimum  quantity?

Order minimums vary across our different services. Screen Printing requires an order of 12 pieces for 1-2 color designs. An additional 12 pieces is required for every added color beyond 2 colors (for example, a 4 color design would require a minimum of 48 pieces, and so on). Embroidery requires a minimum of 6 pieces. DTF transfers also require a minimum order of 6 pieces.

What   are   the   artwork requirements?

So we can reproduce your artwork with the highest quality, all client provided designs must meet specific requirements. If you are needing to convert a low resolution design to a high resolution one, a fee will be applied and you will receive a copy of the modified artwork.

Your artwork must either:
1. Be a vector file in either .Ai or .EPS format, with all text expanded to outlines (please do not paste .JPG files into Illustrator files).

2. Be a raster image scaled to the actual printing size and have a resolution of 300dpi or higher.

Artwork that appears pixelated when enlarged may appear pixelated when printed which is why a high resolution design is the foundation of all good prints.

All sales are final, no exceptions.

Please double check all sizes, quantities and order details on your invoice before placing your order. Changes cannot be made once an order has been placed and is in production.

Over-prints and under-prints are always a possibility. If there are 10 or less pieces with spoilage, a refund will be issued for those pieces. If there is 11 or more that were unusable, they will be reprinted. If this is a concern, we recommend ordering extras in each size.

Deadlines are from the time that an order is paid to the time it is available for pick-up or is dropped off with the delivery service. Almost all orders will be shipped through UPS and will have a tracking number that will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped.

If there is any issue with your order, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and we will work to get things taken care of ASAP.
